INSPECTION DAY

We advise that you leave the house during an inspection as it makes it less awkward for you and the buyer.
Ensure the entire family, including the pets, are absent during an inspection. If you are unable to take your pets with you make sure they are secured as many people are cautious of animals.

For your home presents at its best, we suggest the following:

  • Let in as much light as possible to create a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Raise blinds and draw back curtains.
  • Remove washing from the washing line, wash and store dishes and clean bench tops.
  • A vase of fresh flowers create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Use weather to your advantage. On cold days light the fire or turn on heaters. During hot summer days, keep your home as cool as possible
